Once paid, registration fees for Consultation Booking and other events are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her attendance at a Consultation Booking or event, a registration is transferable to another Booking Appointment for 30 days after initial appointment. or event hosted by take-a-trip-athon, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors or assigns

Sale or transfer of Consultation Booking or credits is not permitted, without the express permission of take-a-trip-athon.  We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a Consultation Booking or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a Booked Vacation or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed Booked Vacation or event to within three (3) months from its original start date.

 In the event Take-a-trip-athon elects not to reschedule the cancelled Consultation Booking or event, registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fee(s) already paid. Take-a-trip-athon is not responsible for related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.

Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
Booked Vacation dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice, due to inclement weather, natural disaster, and other unforeseen scenarios. Take-a-trip-athon reserves the right to change any and all customers and users or each Booked Vacation or event without notice.

By registering for a Consultation Booking, you acknowledge that Take-a-trip-athon does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to whether there be ultimately attain a booking to their desired destination at the desire date, time, and number of days.

Registration Confirmations
You will receive a Take-a-trip-athon VIA EMAIL by two weeks before the
scheduled dates of your Consultation Booking, If you have not received it by two weeks before the scheduled dates of
your Consultation Booking,, please contact the office at our email take-a-trip-athon@gmail.com.

 

Deposits

Once paid, deposit amounts are partially refundable up until the final purchase. There is a processing fee, in addition, to any services or material paid for on behalf of the buyer will be subtracted from the deposit. 

Sale or transfer of Booked Vacation or credits are not permitted, without the express permission of take-a-trip-athon.   We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a Booked Vacation or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a Booked Vacation or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed Booked Vacation or event to within two (2) months from its original start date.

In the event Take-a-trip-athon elects not to reschedule the cancelled Booked Vacation or event, registrant will be offered a refund minus the processing fee, in addition, the cost any services or material rendered/ paid for on behalf of the buyer will be subtracted from the deposit.  Take-a-trip-athon is not responsible for related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.

Deposit Confirmations
You will receive a Take-a-trip-athon VIA EMAIL by two weeks before the
scheduled dates of your Booked Vacation If you have not received it by two weeks before the scheduled dates of your Vacation, please contact the office at our email take-a-trip-athon@gmail.com.

Final Payments

Once paid, Final Payments amounts only exchangeable. There is a processing fee, in addition, to any services or material paid for on behalf of the buyer will be subtracted from the Final Payments deemed appropriate by take-a-trip-athon.
